The Flower Connection is the Norths largest wholesaler of Flowers, Plants & Sundries, committed to serving florists, events & wedding specialists, garden centres, and other related business throughout the region.  We have a cash & carry warehouse based in Leeds and Sheffield and we also offer our customers a fantastic online web shop with next delivery, providing a dynamic and dependable supply chain for every customer.

We welcome business customers and are pleased to offer a Trade account. An account application form can be completed on this page, alternatively, you can download an application using the link below and submit it by email or post.

To open a trade account, we require the following qualifying information, and supporting evidence.

• Business name
• Business type
• Trading address
• Home address
• Email address
• Landline & Mobile numbers
• Trading Style (sole trader, Partnership, Limited Company)
• How long trading?
• business bank account details
• 2 trade references

NB: Please Note:

• We supply Florists, event & wedding specialists, garden centres & plant sellers, along with other related businesses. Qualifying businesses should be connected to the horticultural industry. (Please beware that If your business is unrelated, your application may be declined).
• Trade accounts require a minimum annual spend of £3,000 (£250 per month) to qualify. (Auto renewal depends on account activity, a new application may be required if the account does not fulfil the criteria).
• An activation fee of £50+ vat applies to all new accounts.(This will be re-credited to your account once the annual £3000 minimum spend is achieved).
• Once your account is approved, we welcome you to make an appointment for your first visit to our cash & carry. We will provide a tour of our facilities and explain the benefits that you will receive as a trade account holder.
• We offer trade account holders a next day delivery service on all orders over £75 +vat received before 12 midnight.(A delivery contribution of £4+vat applies to all deliveries)

Our Student Policy

We welcome students to The Flower Connection, and look forward to working with, and building relationships with the next generation of florists. To enable students to access as our ‘Trade Only’ services we have established the following criteria:

1. We require an in-date student pass from your college, along with a letter head from the course tutor stating the course period*

2. *Student purchases can only be made in person by visiting our cash & carry.                   Once you are registered as a business, and complete our trade account form, you will receive     full access to our products, services and associated benefits.
